Our Policies
Summit Adventure Systems has the following policies to ensure a smooth booking process and safe operation of our equipment for your event.
- Deposit
- All units require a 50% non-refundable, but transferable deposit. The full balance is due upon arrival at the event unless other arrangements have been made.
- Cancellation
- In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances outside of the control of the event organizer, Summit Adventure Systems will offer the transfer of the deposit to a new, mutually agreed upon event date.
- Insurance
- All equipment rentals come with a minimum of $2,000,000 general liability and additional insurance included. Insurance certificates are available upon request.
